Chinese Cedarwood Oil is steam‑distilled from the heartwood and roots of Cupressus funebris Endl., a native Chinese cypress tree. It is a pale yellow to golden‑yellow transparent liquid, with a warm, deep, long‑lasting woody‑balsamic aroma, typical of Chinese cedarwood.
